This guy plays for the UofA football team. If you watch the video the girl is clearly saying NO even though she seems intoxicated. You can also here a girl in the background screaming to STOP. first of all athletes cannot join frats or has that rule changed? so either he is not playing anymore or you guys are full of it. as for starpass liability they had tucson police offers present who were completely aware of underage drinking but were there to try and prevent any violence, therefore they took all preventative measures necessary.
Look at this situation from a different perspective- the person recording is saying stop you cannot really hear here saying anything and im pretty sure she was also into it from what i saw when i was there. there is always more than what is shown.
as for lewis, i have only met him a few times but he seems cool i cannot vouch for his personality. but knowing how nasty this girl is im sure she was all over him as well.

1. Even if she WAS into it before she said no, it becomes wrong as SOON as she does. So, the pictures from before (which really prove nothing, they only showed her on his lap), are completely irrelevant. She has a right to go from a willing participant (or so you assumed) to a nonwilling one.
2. She is CLEARLY beyond intoxicated. She is slurring and incapable of really controlling herself. It’s very obvious that she is drunk – by virtue of her being drunk and him being sober this is wrong.
