Soda is loaded with empty calories and diet soda is even worse as some of the ingredients in diet soda actually *preserve* fat cells. Beer, just like soda, is loaded with empty calories and causes skin inflammation.

    From now on, just water or tea sweetened with no-cal sweetener and vodka gimlets, which consist simply of vodka and lime juice.
