This is a response to the allegations against me on your website TheDirty.com. I am totally innocent of all the allegations made against me by Kelli D., known as the ˜Leper” on your site. Clearly, from her moniker on the site, you and the community around TheDirty are already familiar with Kelli and the behavior normally associated with her. I will do my best to defend my position and by doing so, restore my reputation.
I met her in South Padre over spring break while I was working for Girls Gone Wild! I met Kelli at a local club and we started talking, but when I asked her for her number, she replied “I’m gonna give you my brothers number because my boyfriend is here with me and hes crazy.
I mentioned we worked for Girls Gone Wild and she jumped at the opportunity to do what we termed a full scene: an interview, stripping, and finally playing with herself. (which I will send in ASAP. During the interview, our crew asked her what the craziest thing she had ever done was. Her response: I raped a guy while he was passed out: got him hard and started riding him.
Of note, her boyfriend of two years was passed out in her hotel room. She left later that night with her brother.
Two days later, Kelli sent me a picture message containing nude pictures of herself and the caption you still in padre? Kelli said she had broken up with [her] douche bag boyfriend…she then told me go to her Dallas high-rise where I could stay with [her].
She picked me up from the airport, already drunk, with her roommate (who is on my side). She thought we should go out, and continued drinking. To be honest, she was acting completely foolish already, before we had even gone out.
Lacey, known as Alien on TheDirty.com and best friends with Kelli, came over. She had just gotten back from San Padre, and began showing off pictures in her phone of Ryan (from MTV’s Shot of Love) where his dick (Greg) is firmly embedded in her ass. All this while they’re naked in the bath together,classy girls.
Once we get to Kinky Lounge, a high class club in downtown Dallas, Kelli and Lacey both took their pants off and started riding each other on a couch in the club. Despite the club environment, even this behavior was considered obscene. As the night ends, all her friends apologize to me, saying she doesn’t normally act this way.
I decided to give her another chance, thinking maybe it because her friend Alien was around. She apologized to me for acting like that in the club (like a whore in her words). She asked me if I was gonna be her Man since she had dumped her boyfriend of two years for me. I was understandably apprehensive Kelli had known me for three days and was already looking for a serious relationship.
On MySpace, we exchange pictures, and I put her in my Top Eight. Not satisfied, she told me to change my status to in a relationship, but I told her no. Despite that, she starts bragging about Leper and her Scottsdale boyfriend, on TheDirty, including posting her own pictures without telling me.
The next day, we decide to go downtown again, and she’s telling me she’s not going to drink much. Once we get to the club, she orders a triple shot of Crown Royale, then starts telling everyone she meets I’m her boyfriend. Once again, she’s so wasted she can’t even stand, even falling four or five times, behavior witnesses said was normal for her. She even has the gall to be all over every guy she meets while still telling people I was her man. This completely undermines my reputation, and it makes me damn sure I wasn’t getting into a relationship with this girl, much less go downtown with her. We decide to leave the club and bar hop, with some of her guy friends in tow. Once we get to the other club, she disappears.
While I was walking around with some of her friends, I got this girl’s number. I thought I would invite her over later, get a party going after the club. Kelli reappears, drunker then before, and acting even worse then the club. By this time, I had had enough, and I told her I was leaving. So we ended up going back to her place. Where nothing changed.
I called that girl I met in the club (who I won’t name for her sake for protection purposes, we’ll call her Ashley) and asked her if she could come get me. I went into her room started packing all my stuff when she comes in the bathroom, slurring about why I was leaving her. I told her she was trash and I wanted nothing to do with her. Then she flipped out, screaming about how no one ever rejects her, and who I was going to go fuck at the time.
Of course, Ashley calls in the middle of this. Kelli sees who called and starts hitting me, even punching me in the face! I turn towards the door, and in her drunken state, she comes at me again falls headfirst into the door, splitting her eye open. So I called the paramedics.
The paramedics are treating Kelli when one of the guys in the room says something to one of the medics. I get put into another room and the cops get called. The cops questioned everyone involved, including the paramedics. I was released after the medics told the cops there was no way the marks on Kelli would come from physical contact. Let me reiterate: the marks on Kelli COULD NOT come from a fist or any other physical contact. Kelli also admitted she instigated the contact to the police.
At the hospital, I stayed with her for about five hours while she’s being treated. It was me who took the pictures of her in the bed, the same pictures Kelli has used to make claims against me.
We leave the hospital and go back to her place. The next morning, I get a call from my ex in Scottsdale. I decide to head back home before I screw up any chances with her she’s twice as hot and ten times as classy. I booked my flight for 6:30. I went back, expecting the worse, upstairs and told her I had to get back to AZ. Instead, she said she wanted to come out and see me when her eye got better. Everything seemed cool, she even dropped me off at the airport (sober this time).
Once back in Scottsdale, my ex had seen my MySpace and flipped out so I had to take Kelli off my top friends and take the pics of us off. Later that night, I start getting phone calls from people in Dallas telling me what Kelli was writing I had abused her, including putting up the pictures I had taken of her in the hospital as proof!
I hope this response will convince people of my innocence, as well as the character of Kelli D. Clearly, this is nothing but a cheap publicity stunt from an attention-starved girl. In my opinion, she should seek immediate medical and psychological attention before she does anything worse.
However, I am currently pursuing a Defamation suit for slander and defamation of character. My reputation has suffered enough at the hands of this girl, and I will not stand for it.

A right-handed fighter usually only throws left jabs. If this was a cut from a punch, it was from a cross, hook or a haymaker. If he’s a fighter …
If he’s not a fighter, then it may have come from a downward punch which often come from pissed-off guys who don’t know how to fight. But still, a righty would do it on his right (her left) side.
In any event, the pictures don’t show an eye swollen shut as she claims. And they wouldn’t cut you there. Remember Rocky? Yeah, the cut would’ve come across the eyelid. I don’t know about that, but they don’t cut you there (above the eye). Her eye was never swollen shut — maybe, at best, a bit swollen obscuring her vision somewhat.
On the other hand, if he did put her in a choke hold (as she claims) and slammed her head or let her pass out, she could’ve received that wound on a hard object like a bathtub or table or something.
I kind of don’t believe her just because of the contradictions. Was it a punch or a chokehold?
I kind of don’t believe him because there is no reason for him to hang out and take pictures. I’d bet you that if the police actually showed up, they would’ve taken pictures. That’s a bet I’d win, because if they were going to prosecute this guy, the cops would take photos … and arrest him … and not let him leave the state.

We believe that this letter is written by a lawyer because it outlines many facts that would be brought up in court if charges were brought upon this guy. The letter has more of a legal defense approach to it rather than a guy just plainly explaining a situation. The letter provides a defense, “the medics said the cut was not sustained by a punch,” “those pictures were taken by me while I sat with her in the hospital for hours,” etc. It is written to provide a basic defense as well as a more intricate defense if the case is brought to court. Also, you are telling the “dirty army” not to stereotype this guy. Yet you are stereotyping the “dirty army” as being illiterate for thinking the letter was written by a lawyer. The “dirty army” is not illiterate because we believe this guy obtained counsel.

Educated Diva’s response @7:25 is excellent. Literacy is all too often an issue in general.
It seems like this “version” or “story” will probably be passed along to the police and they will question Mike about it. If it’s falsified they will likely find the errors.
That said, the story doesn’t “feel” falsified but, as with all things, time will tell.

I agree that it sounds like a defense, however don’t you think he could be typing up his side of the story to more people than just TDA? I’m pretty sure with allegations like that he’s got bigger issues to handle than gossip on a civillian paparazzi site, interesting and addicting as it may be.
I am in no way criticizing TDA (I’m a member) but in my opinion, TDA and Nik is smarter than half of the comments left on this whole story.
That said, WHERE IS LEPER’S RESPONSE! I saw her 22-photo album on Myspace titled “The night Mike Halow assaulted me..pu**y man.” Looks like she was all over a bunch of guys that night, as is cited in his story.
