Home Depot Please Regulate

EMAIL: Nik, going through Los Angeles this weekend and out of nowhere appears this beauty. It took me a moment to get the camera due to the pure amazement that someone took the time to actually do this to their car. First shot is kind of blurry, but the second one you can really see what the car is made of.
