Two teenagers were killed when their car slammed into a utility pole on eastbound Route 22 in Mountainside.Konstanti Potouridis, 18, of Johnson Drive in New Providence, and Paul Carbone, 20, of Willow Street in Millburn, were killed instantly in the 11:55 p.m. crash, according to Capt. Richard Osieja.
“A preliminary investigation indicates that the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash,” he said.
Potouridis was behind the wheel of the 1994 Chevrolet Camaro and Carbone was in the passenger seat when Potouridis apparently lost control and the vehicle struck the curb in front of a truck repair company at 1463 Route 22 East, Osieja said.
He said the car then went airborne, struck a utility pole so hard it broke in half and landed upside down in a culvert along the roadway.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

You know what bored??? Regardless of what they were and if you approved of the way they looked or acted, they are young people that passed away. It is an ashame that you think there is humor behind it.. I hope you never or will never have to bury somone at such a young age…..
