    It looks like a prank and that it was staged by someone. Maybe it was the Appt Mgr having some fun with an empty Apt. If it really was some looser they should make him live in that crap(add in some live rats) and put him on a live website so we can all see him suffer living like a pig. Also he should be made to clean it up or face lashing with whips. The only parts I want to see is him getting harrased by the rats and getting whipped and then cleaning it up.
