THE DIRTY ARMY: Carlos Mencia or as Joe Rogan calls him Carlos Mansteala, do you think he is SGM even though he steals jokes?

I watched his stand up and the people he steals from are insanely funny.  Going with FAKE because he should never let a 1.67245 chick with a 7head throw signs next to him.- nik
