EMAIL FROM DA Photographer: Here’s the night’s rundown- A group of friends and I headed to our buddy’s house for what we thought would be a regular Halloween party. We got to the house and started regular party shenanigans (no red cups were hurt). About an hour into the party around 11pm these two people showed up with some of their friends. I was in shock when I saw them, but had my trusty digi camera on me and I asked if I could take their picture, they agreed and posed all on their own. I asked her if she thought her outfit was offensive and she replied with, “No, it’s cool, my aunt died on the 64th floor, and it was a conspiracy anyway.” After about 5 minutes people were starting to get pissed so I found the owner of the house and asked him who they were, he said he had no idea and they showed up with some mutual friends. I asked him if he thought they should leave cause people were becoming increasing disturbed. The owner of the house is a terribly nice guy and he was gracious enough not to kick them out but he did ask that their costumes be removed if they were to stay. I looked for them later on but I couldn’t find them. So I assume they left because of the negative stigma they had created. Anyway, that’s all I can give you as a soldier of the dirty army. Another fact is the democrat policies are the ones who’s main goal is to keep minorities down and dependent on the goverment. The Democrats are always the ones who want to expand welfare and other such programs. These programs are designed to keep people dependent on the government. The more successful people become,the fewer voters the democrats have. So to keep power and retain votes they need to make it look the poor and minorities only hope is the US government.
Next time do a litte research before you just write something down only because you heard someone else say it. Otherwise you just look like a fool.

To “Angry” freedom of speech certainly does go both ways, but to go make a statement that you want to get her fired is just pathetic, however, you have every right to say that. If she chose to put her pic on facebook that is her right, but for someone to go copy and paste it and send it in here, that could be considered stealing, but the internet world is a tricky one. Regardless, to beat someone up or threaten anyone’s life for the type of costume they wear, regardless of how insensitive and tasteless, is wrong. With this, I am completely in agreement with.
HOWEVER, the twit happens to be in the publishing world (Elle and some other local mag). Her employment is at the discretion of her employer. If someone wanted to e-mail these pics to her employer, that’s within their right to do so, and if the employer determined that having that kind of person, even if the offensive pics were taken off the clock, is a detriment to the company’s goal, then the employer has every reason to fire her. Put yourself in a publisher’s place. You have some bottom-feeding assistant editor and you are trying to get people to buy your magazine and remember your product, NOT the idiot who decided to wear a tasteless and crass halloween costume. Would you keep her on?
I’d summon her to my office, show her the pics, and ask her to resign. If she didn’t, I’d print out a Google map of the nearest unemployment office, I’m a nice guy.

As said before, our country is founded upon our constitutional rights, the first and most significant being freedom of speech. It’s obvious these two are within legal bounds, but you can argue that what their doing is not within Society’s bounds. Have you ever heard of clear and present danger? Freedom of speech doesn’t apply in that situation. When there is a clear threat of harm, you’re “freedom” of speech is limited. Kinda like screaming “fire!” in a crowded movie theater. It’s not allowed because it causes panic and people can get hurt. So no, you’re not allowed to do/say whatever you want when there is a danger like the fear of thousands of people dying.
