THE DIRTY ARMY: So I just googled the latest news on that brook james case where her and her friend Mallori gave Kyla some ghb, and she never woke up. both girls were charged with manslaughter. apparently James also faces rape charges if a genetic test finds the kyla was sexually assaulted after she ingested the drug! Wow.
Anyone heard anything new on this? Mallori pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter, and will get about 2 to 3 years depending on the genetic testing. Is Brooke fighting this or pleading guilty?

Sucks for the girls getting convicted. The victim was their friend and chose to party w/ GHB. If I died from doing drugs with my friends, I wouldn’t want them going to jail for it.
to Um..Plus, when she passed out, the friends heard her snoring and gave her a pillow and blanket. They didn’t let her just die. They thought she was just passed out.
Many of us pass out from drinking, I can’t imagine calling an ambulance every time. Especially, when I can hear my friend still snoring.

The girl was drinking and took too much GHB given to her by Brooke. She got really sick and people wanted to take her to the hospital that wasn’t too far away. Brooke forced them NOT to. She MADE the dying girl lay there sick and refused to help her and even threatened people that wanted to help her…

Brooke’s trial starts the second week of January. No word on what she is pleading yet, I am sure not guilty. The judge is prob going give her a harsher sintence since he has stated before that her lack of remorse for the incedent porved to be disturbing.

THEY didn’t supply it. google it. the chick had it at HER house, SHE drank it. what these two did wrong was not recognize that someone doped up on GHB won’t wake up if they fall asleep. they let her fall asleep. but one thing i want to point out, they at least made her comfortable, and she was snoring, so i honestly don’t think they knew she was od’ing.

its funny that you say that, because when I talked to brooke, the day after kylas death she told me that it came from mallory, and that brooke told her it was too much. So yeah, I guess its great that they helped her get comfortable to die. That’s what real friends are for right?

i have done g before. like 8 years ago. its deadly if u mix it with alcohol. and if u take too much of it, it puts you into this deep sleep, where u go into basically a coma. you cant even be woken up. i always did. but peoples bodies react differently to drugs. maybe she was mixing it with a lot of alcohol, but it sounds like she might have taken way too much. my ex videotaped me after taking it, i was passed out snoring and he said he couldnt wake me up. im not even a snorer.

But, I would guess that there would be a little less animosity towards this girl if she wasn’t seen around partying. More so, if she wasn’t posing for pictures for nightlife event sites… it’s like a slap in the face to the family and friends of the woman passed…
And Melinda… fyi -it is “wrong” to do drugs, period. Let alone handle a situation, in a way that you think of yourself ( or the trouble you might get in) before anyone’s health/life.

Got tied up in a drug life and ended up taking a friend down, I’m sorry, I feel no remorse for that girl, she deserves anytime thats handed to her, she should take the time to look at her life and just thank god it wasn’t her lying there “comfortably” to die?
