Yes, he shouldn’t be kissing her while on duty, but if my wife came up to me while I was on duty outside one of the lamest clubs in Miami (Basically knowing that the chances of something happening that would require my assistance) I would kiss her too. So try to give us the whole story before you start sending pictures like this into websites and get people in trouble when all-along they could be totally innocent

Id rather the cop be making kissing rounds than giving me a ticket on South Beach period. Just to help you out Nik…the cops give you tickets down there like crazy. My car was at a meter for that ran out just 1 minute and I got a ticket..Everyone in Miami knows the meter cops suck.

Some of you guys should have stayed back in 4th grade and never left. I think this photo is very cute. Even if they were just joking around, it’s nice to see that the world isn’t totally devoid of love considering most people have never taken the time to be friends with their neighbors even though they pass by each other on the way to work all the time.
