the light is obviously coming from the left side of the frame (look at her leg shadows on the ground). it makes no sense that it’s the photographer’s shadow, the flash is coming from the camera (notice flash spot on the door). the light flash was not direct, but from the side, which exactly how the shadow should look. it is not fake. the necklace is wierd though
