Unless he has somehow managed to defy the laws of physics at the angle that the bottle is at nothing could flow out of it.
Also, the diameter of the liquid pouring out would be wider based on the mouth of the bottle.
The only way any liquid could come out of the bottle at that angle is if it was being sprayed out and there is no spray at all.
Therefore it is some kind of faked photo.
