I think you’re right that it is a fake picture. Look at the shadow behind her on the door. It doesn’t match. Yes, you can see the shadow of her legs but not of her arm. Also the edges around her legs look a bit pixelated. I think we have a cut/paste job here from Photoshop.

She had to have been putting the pressure on for him to give her a deadline for his divorce as well as a date for their marriage. If she was a nice girl, she would of emphasized the importance of him still having a relationship with his children after the “divorce”. As far as I am concerned, she is just as responsible for those murders as he is. I also would not be surprised to hear that she was well aware of the murders before it even happened.
