    However, as it is closed, it is only worth the price of the building and the license, maybe $750,000.

    I blame that pencil neck aaron m*zo and obama for allowing them to come to scottsdale. The crowd has no headed north to ruin the rest of the clubs. Instead of trying to improve the clubs they now let anyone in. Good by old town hello south central.

    The great thing about being closed is they dont have to prove those bogus numbers in the sale. If they were selling an operating business they would be subject to an audit before the sale and the buyers would see this place is a money loser.

    The property & its licenses (if transferable) are worth $500k today & the price should drop by the day in the exceptionally weak Arizona market. At 3 mil the owners are looking to get every dime they put in back out and make a profit. No one is dumb enough to pay that price, even people that buy things off Craigslist.
