1. Ms. C’s job is to represent CA. The majority of population of CA, as proven by legal poll called a VOTE, demonstrated that they do NOT support Gay “marriage”.

2. Not supporting GAY “marriage” is not the same as being a homophobe OR a gay hater. The terms AND the position ARE synonymous.

3. A NUDE picture means either pubs or nips showing. In the ones you have, if real, you see no more than you would on any day at the beach. Get over yourself!.

4. I, like many in CA & elsewhere, do NOT believe in or support “gay marriage”. AINT no such thing. While I do support gays doing whatever they like, just don’t call it “marriage”. That term, “marriage” has been around for over 8000 years of recorded history as a social and, later, a legal, relationship and institution. It was and is, a confirmed, committed, binding, lifelong, contract between ONE man & ONE woman, OR, MORE than one man and/or MORE than one woman. The key to the definition is the man/woman relationship.

The stated and factual purpose, socially and legally, is to provide for and defend a coming together in partnership of the two sexes for the purpose of creating, conceiving and raising of children and mutual support, WITHOUT THE MANDATED INTERVENTION OR ESSENTIAL INTRUSION OF OUTSIDE AGENCY OR PERSON. To further that goal (of racial survival and procreation) certain legal and social protections have been attached to the “marriage”.

“Gay marriage” does NOT fit that definition and never will because it MUST go outside of the “marriage” to procreate. The relationship can NOT reproduce or procreate without adoption, sperm donation, cloning, etc. Thus it does not meet the coal of a marriage ENTIRELY and should not be called such.

That being said, I recognize the fact that gays can have lifelong, committed relationships (though statistically they don’t) same as straights, and they can effectively raise children (gained from adoption or sperm donation, etc.) same as straights (not sure ANYONE is doing such a good job on that front these days).

For that purpose I fully support a legal and social relationship between gay partners with all of the social and legal equivalency of “marriage” BUT just don’t use the 8000 year old term “marriage” for that relationship. Call it any thing you like, but not that. Does NOT fit the definition.

I think that is what more than 50^ of CA and Ms CA was saying. Get off your gay high horses and get over yourselves! The fact that the question was asked by one of the biggest gay bigots in the nation should have been a clue.
