THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, the next time you’re in the OC you might like to check out the buzz over Cafe Lu and Cafe Di Vang 2. Times are tough so the owner has incorporated Hooters with his cafe. You can order tea and coffee, no food and check out some hottie Asian Persuasion. I can neither confirm or deny happy endings at this point but do plan on an further investigation.

Nothing new here. It has nothing to do with times being tough. These places have been around a long time in Santa Ana and Garden Grove. Try the number 17 on the menu.
