It is perfectly legal to photograph anyone in public. However, not very smart for a dope smoker to display her photo of probable criminal activity. The officers have not broken any law by being photographed with the women but perhaps not good judgement. Don’t knock the officers without knowing the facts!

Bad idea on the part of the police officers, but not illegal. If those of you who disagree with this feel strongly about it, make a motion in the senate and have it become law, otherwise, don’t complain. The police are not breaking the law any more than the women are.
