   This video is based on a woman with cheap/ghetto saline implants. They say when you lay down ONLY real breasts go to the side…not entirely the case. Silicone implants are made to look realistic, so they go to the side when you lay down. Also, they said ONLY real breasts are soft and fake ones are hard. Same thing, saline implants are hard with ripples, silicone is soft and feel totally natural. So some girls can still fool you guys…watch out!
