Yes they do- it’s called “training” and the corsets they use have steel boning. You start with a corset that cinches you 4-6 inches below your natural size, and then “train” down to smaller and smaller corsets. Over time, your ribs and internal organs shift to accomodate the corset. This takes serious time and effort!
