This is a PhotoShop job. I’m an expert in it and I can tell you that not only is her image lighter and brighter than the rest, but you can see remnants of another image behind her to the right. Poor quality to say the least.
Not only is her image Photoshopped into the picture, but the editor did a poor job of adjusting the brightness and contrast after the PhotoShopping was executed. Further, you can see the remmants of the original subject behind her. If you are going to PhotoShop, do it properly. There is a tutorial on site.

haha this site is hilarious…. i was, sadly, at this event, and yes its in the slums outside of Philly. Fazio actually didn’t partake in promoting the event at all, just tried to take the credit. people go for drink specials and the good bartenders but other than that, waste of time…HO’day was a total c*nt the whole night, sang maybe 1/4 of a song off her no-hit album, and then continued to text on her blackberry all night, meagerly posing for pictures like this one. HO fo sho.
