THE DIRTY ARMY: (AZCentral.com) - The former owner of several Scottsdale restaurants and bars, including Sugar Daddy’s and Dos Gringos, will go to prison for two years after pleading guilty to four counts of federal income-tax evasion.
U.S. Distrit Judge Frederick J. Martone sentenced Brian C. Roehrich, 40, of Phoenix to 24 months in federal prison Wednesday after Roehrich pleaded guilty to federal income-tax evasion for 2003. Roehrich must self-surrender by Sept. 9.
According to the plea deal, Roehrich, who owned Sugar Daddy’s, Dos Gringos Inc., and was co-owner of Trailer Park and Dos Gringos-Tempe, admitted to filing fraudulent corporate and individual tax returns in 2003. Roehich admitted that he evaded about $525,000 in taxes that year.

He will have to do 85% of 24 months, so he will get 3.5 months off for good time. Usually, he will get 10% half way house or about 2.5 months, if he is lucky he might get 6 months halfway house. So he will be back in Phoenix in 15 to 18 months.

They are about to have a huge lawsuit against them. I filed a police report two weekends ago against a bouncer. I witnessed them grab a guy for no reason other than the bouncer just looking for a fight. They grabbed him and bashed his head into the ground a few times. I took pictures of the entire thing. I have kept in contact with the victim, he had to go to the hospital where he got 4 stitches on his face and is now taking legal action. Its only a matter of time.
