Nik Is A Club Killer- SUITE Dallas Officially Shut Down

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik Richie strikes again. I am sure you know this by now but Suite just got shut down and word on the street is that it was TheDirty’s posts that instigated the shut down. You are becoming the most feared man in Dallas. I guess it doesn’t pay to be a knee toucher. Dirty Army Strong!
My bad… sorry that the DIRTY ARMY shut down Suite. I will put it on the list with the other clubs from across the country. The real person to blame is Tim the Toolman Toucher. I brought his alternative lifestyle to light and the landlord obviously wasn’t feeling his youth healing ways… now that he is out I think I will try to save this place just to see if I can. Although I’m sure Nik would love to take all the credit for shutting down Suite that is certainly not the case. It’s quite interesting to see how people can be sucked into a simply man’s vicious intentions….pretty sad that all Nik can do is occupy his time with f*cking with other people instead of attempting to do something a bit more productive with his ridiculously pathedic life. It will be a great world when people like Nik are exposed for what they truly are, a pathedic waste of human life. Why don’t you get a real job and stop occupying your life with entertaining yourself with interrupting the lives of others. There is more to the closing of Suite than any of you realize. The truth is because Bret Stacy has yet to pay his property taxes for 2008, because his friend Kevin hickman works for the landlord, they should have sued the orginal owner Bret but chose not to. Tried to force tim to pay, but he couldn’t beause of a partnership with Trece. Maybe, the landlord heard from the Dallas police that Bret is under investigation for MURDER. Get the facts right NIK

I work in the comptrollers office and it may have something to do with the fact that Brett Stacy owes almost 200,000 and the second audit is not done for sales tax. Maybe his partner Matthew Giese should have not committed fraud on the mixed use beverage forms and paid the taxes owed.

Tim never had a chance. Brett gave him false numbers to purchase the place. Then Brett Stacy started to spread the stories about tim to get the club back. He then blocked tim from getting a lease and told the landlords the story about tim because if tim got his own lease Brett Stacy had no leverage onthe deal. Technically Brett Stacy still owns the place he lied to the landlord at first and told them he didn’t sell the place because he took 250,000 from tim to pay the debts owed and instead he put the money elsewhere and didn’t pay anyone. When tim took over he had to pay one of brett stacys employees 2600 in back pay that he didn’t pay. When the lawsuits are all filed and all parties are deposed there will be criminal charges brought up. Just watch and see in a couple of weeks what happens.

First of all, I like the way Nik handles his website. As for Suite, this was long over due. Brandon and Skinny did everything they needed to do in order for them to take control of the situation. The bottom line is Tim thought it would be better to spend the money on his girlfriend, limo and free liquor and treated every one of his wanna be’s like rock stars. As far as Brandon and Skinny go, most of he major club owners have placed calls to offer their support and provided anything they need during this trying time for them. So lets all be thankful that a degenerate d-bag is out. Oh, FYI- Suite and Trece had no partnership. They may have back when it was Sipango’s and the Rio Room. Oh, PS…. Tim was not under a lease since June 8,2009. We did not give him a lease because Brett Stacy and Robert columbo both owed at least 50,000 each. So we let the lease expire. We never gave him the new price of the lease so he was not able to pay rent. We chose not to communicate with him at all. We offered him a new lease but his partner on the lease would not sign it ( Robert columbo). Mostly because it was a 6 month lease.

This club was as important to this entire office/retail complex as ding in your car door. Nobody “brought anything down.” Landlords dont like to lock out tenants, but they will when the Tenant wont pay their bills. And whent the Tenant is a complete dbag, it only helps. to D-Town to KC1. Club Life Runs Out
2. Matt and Andrea wanted something new
3. Brett owed a lot of money in back taxes so he was looking for someone to screw and Tim was that guppie
4. Tim in no way knows how to run a club nor has any business sence
5. Brandon should have never been allowed to run a club considering he was either drunk or high 95% of the time
6. The clientele Brandon and Skinney brought in would have brought the club down anyway
7. Last but not least Suite was great while it lasted many great times were had
