| THE DIRTY ARMY: Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand says he is investigating pictures posted to the internet showing a woman posing suggestively on the hood of a police car with a deputy standing along side.
“We’ve opened an internal investigation,” Normand told WWL First News. “We don’t know whether of not the officer participated in this shenanigan or not.” Note: The web site and the picture below in this article may be objectionable. The pictures are posted on the New Orleans page of thedirty.com… Normand notes that there have been some incidents around the country of people intentionally creating a “compromising situation” involving police officers. “I’m not saying that’s what this is, but we have seen a lot of that by jumping on police cars and doing lewd acts or stupid acts in that regard.” Listen to Normand:
