   The NSF check was from his corporation. The NFL pays its players as employees on a W2 (state wages are also based where they play any given week), so his NFL earnings would not go in a corporation bank account. He most likely uses the corporation for endorsement deals. Problem here is he is either writing off personal (and illegal) expenses as corporate expenses, or he is commingling funds (or both). Anyone wishing to sue his corporation can break the corporate veil of protection by showing he has not legally operated as a corporation, and thus go after him as a person.
