I am getting a new phone today.  You guys suck… it has been 7 days of hell.  You haven’t even fixed the problem and you think this credit will be enough to save your customers?  My buddy who works at Danger within Microsoft told me to give-up because you have no solution insight.  He said there is a possibility that all data has been lost.  He strongly recommended to me to purchase a new phone with a new provider and start over.

Tony Hawk, sorry but I am about to go Office Space on this phone.  Both you and Dwayne Wade need to cut all ties with T-Mobile.  I decided.
