THE DIRTY ARMY: I thought this was interesting because I had seen this kid on here before about punching some girl at Zuma and I hear this guy is notorious for punching chicks (I have personally seen him do it 2 other times) but when it was time to fight a guy he b*tched out. So I was at Jackrabbit this Thursday and you will never guess who started sh*t again….your boy and promoter extraordinaire Brendon Medugno. So Brendon who looked pretty c*ked up and drunk with a hint of steroids was at Jackrabbit with his 18 year old girlfriend (who I have seen in the club the past couple Thursdays) decides he wanted to fight with Jackrabbit’s security guy for some reason. So I see him and his friend DD begin pushing and shoving to try to fight the one black bouncer when another security guy goes over (the really big black guy, I think his name is Kenny or Lex) and Brendon tries to fight him! So a huge argument ensues and I see Brendon run over to Dan, the owner of Jackrabbit yells at the top of his lungs “Dan I want these N*GGERS fired or I’m taking my night over to PCL”, at that point all hell breaks loose! The black bouncers and some random black guys standing around begin to charge the Brendon kid and Dan steps in to protect Brendon! Then the police show up so I figured it was about to get good so I got as close as I could to the action. I was just standing there watching the asshole from PCL do damage control and blame everyone except the cocaine and steroids that make him rage. I asked the big black guy what happened and he was just shaking and laughing his head saying this is the 3rd time this happened. I am not even black but if someone called me a n*gger 3 times I would f*ck someone up. I was a regular for Thursdays but I don’t think I can in good conscience go back in there. It appears as though the owners and promoters of Jackrabbit are pretty racists, but sh*t that’s Scottsdale for yeah. Hey Nik, when you going to call out all these club owners for being racists roid head douchebags? Are you going soft on us?
There is no such thing as Scottsdale nightlife. The people have changed and so has the game. If you bring in Vagrants to work for your club then you have their druggie Vagrant friends as your crowd. Scottsdale was cool 5 years ago when everyone was beautiful and wanted to have a drama free good time. Dan at Jackrabbit has given this kid way too many chances. I decided.- nik

to true storyAll these guys did is rip of the 40deuce concept from vegas/LA and put their own name on it (which was already an annual party) and put a “douches wanted” ad on craig’s list. Ya they had their run when 6 was on its way down hill and the market had a gap for a new lounge, but timing and douchmastery is all these guys had on their side. Now they;re 4 lounges deep on the list, and about to slip a few more notches when Whisper opens. At this point, they’re hanging on to an 18+ night at a 21+ club on Thursdays, and got no money for a remodel or to pay off their overextended credit. Dallas location is deader than JFK on Daly plaza, and they hung out to dry all the people that helped them start it. So JR, Ya betta start takin a likin to dem dark folk, cause that’s the last demo ya get left in your dimming nightlifespan, before your place is demo’d. This kid is hilarious..i used to send a few of my girlfriends to go up to the bar and get me and all my boys drinks. All the girls had to do was talk to him for maybe 30 seconds and introduce themselves, after he knew them they would never have to buy a drink again (isn’t there a limit to how many free drinks you can give out?) This guy probably went through 2 bottles a night giving away drinks to girls he thought would sleep with him. The girls i sent up dont even have this douches number yet they get free druinks all night long.
