FYI is absolutely right… implants should only give you a larger version of what you have… if your goal is to look natural. Sure you can go in and get huge implants and the gap will be lessened, but it usually looks ridiculous and completely unnatural. Any reputable doc will tell you this. I had consults with 3 of the top docs in Scotts, and 2 highly recommended docs in NY and EACH said the same thing.

Also, D$ – you are correct in saying that silicone looks and feels more natural, but I was actually talked out of silicone by some fantastic docs. Reason being, my skin is very thin and I had NOTHING to begin with and I wanted more of a perky look. Silicone would have been to heavy for me and will end up sagging in just a couple years. You should NOT go with silicone every time. There are many factors to be considered. I was worried that, because I have thin skin, that I would be susceptible to ripples with saline. A good doc and going under the muscle can make sure that doesn’t happen.

And before anyone accuses me of getting a TJ, refund gap, hackjob, I paid almost 8K for these babies and couldn’t be happier! They are soft, bouncy and look so natural without a bra or a T-Shirt bra. Now with my push-ups, that’s a different story! They are VvvvvvoooooooooMmmmmmm… and have more of a fake look. But I like that.. and I now have the best of both worlds
