Happy Thanksgiving DIRTY ARMY

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I am taking the day off to sleep, watch football and spend time with family and friends in the OC. I want to thank everyone for supporting this website. I know it can be tough at times to agree with my thoughts or direction, but I am just me and you are just you. And as you, I hope you really take today with some thought and tell the people you love most in your life that you really love them. Life isn’t about work, how much money you make, what kind of car you drive, what website you are on, etc. If you can (for me) share yourself with another, as in help take out the trash, help set the table, help walk the dog, ask what others are doing in their lives. It is ok to smile, laugh and love today. I decided.
P.S. If you are sharing your day with a special DreamKiller (unlike me) tell them the truth or you are wasting your time. Secrets are not healthy and that is why I expose them for a living.

Excellent post Nik. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. People need to enjoy and laugh at life, but there is another side… and that is about loving, openness, honesty, and all of that other good stuff you mentioned. Kids especially deserve parents who are THERE, are in their lives, and treat them like the most treasured possessions around (which they are). Clubbing for 16 hours and spending the other 8 on myspace or sleeping is so pathetic, but to do that to a child is literally criminal, and I am grateful every time you expose a deadbeat for who they truly are.
Expose away. A lot of people bring it on themselves. The world would be a better place if more people would follow your advice. Enjoy. Be happy. Make others smile. Love your kids. Tell your parents you love them. Do something nice for somebody else.
For all of those who rag on Nik for having FUN in his life, they seem to conveniently forget all he does to help others that he doesn’t stand up and brag about. He just does it because it’s the right thing to do, and I think the world is a better place for it.
