THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, here is former 90210 star Ian ziering, what a difference 15 yrs makes before he was actually partying and living the life in 90210 Beverly Hills lifestyle now it looks like he is hanging in 90241 Downey, but hey Downey is were all the people from East LA strive to move because it is a “high class town”.
I have never even heard of Downey and what is with the Menorah on his head? It is a little Jew-Forward if you ask me.- nik

HAHA Yep. I had no money back then but (woohoo) owned, well I guess the bank owned, some apartment buildings at The Long Beach Fwy and Imperial Highway. Yep Southgate. Like with Watts right down the street. Downey. Straight down Imperial Hwy.
My friggin god, I used to zoom down there on Saturday morning, mow those 5 big lawns, collect the rent, and get the hell out of there before everyone woke up and realized that I was there picking up trash.
Drove out of there about 12 noon every Saturday just happy to be alive.
No movie stars hanging around back then.
