       Kinesiology is the study of body movement and how the body works, not nutrition you dumb f*ck! You can develop and define muscle w/o carbs, but will not gain size and mass w/o carbs. BEING ON ALL 4′S WHILE THE CHANDLER BULLDOGS MOUNT YOU DOESN’T COUNT AS TRAINING THEM!!

     dude if your gifted like me.. all you need to do is watch your diet and lift moderate weight and you will get huge.. BUT ITS HARD FOR ME TO LOSE BODY FAT..im 230 right now and im only 5’9 of course most of my weight is in my cack though

     IM Training now to lose my gut..eating lots of protein and working out like the guys from world strongest man competition pretty much all heavy sets. and plyometrics..and when im talking heavy sets meaning rep with 90lbs on each hand for chest press and shoulder press etc.

       Try this for your fat ass! LOL! Seriously this will work though. Do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach(you’ll burn more fat since there is no food in stomach). Take in 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body per day. And eat 6 meals/ day to kick start your metabolism. Make your night time meals low in carbs.

      Thanks brother! Its all good, the haters on here just wish they were me, lived like me, looked like me and had as much fun as me down here in South Fla. Plus actually made as much money as me. Wile there stuck in their still stuck living in their mothers basements, Im a business owner, a marketing agent and I also own part of two .com companies. And yes to host events and do some promotional work as well down here. Its all good, I laugh at them, I wonder if they will every show their ugly and repulsive bodies and faces. Bet not!!!!
