IM Training now to lose my gut..eating lots of protein and working out like the guys from world strongest man competition pretty much all heavy sets. and plyometrics..and when im talking heavy sets meaning rep with 90lbs on each hand for chest press and shoulder press etc.

Take in 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body per day. And eat 6 meals/ day to kick start your metabolism. Make your night time meals low in carbs.

Thanks brother! Its all good, the haters on here just wish they were me, lived like me, looked like me and had as much fun as me down here in South Fla. Plus actually made as much money as me.
