DUI laws are way over the top, my brother did 45 days in jail for a DUI. with no early release possible. while real criminals (Assault, Murder, Robbery, Crimes against children) get early release all the time. Due to lack of space, and money. Raise the fines a lot, give community service hours for DUI’s

It is ironic that Sheriff Joe hates illegal aliens since the police in AZ are worse than Federales. Az has become a police state plain & simple. Drive anywhere in the dale day or night every hundred yards someone is being pulled over and ticketed. It is the easiest way to generate more revenue to replace misspent tax dollars. It’s not just dui any time you get pulled over in the dale the cops look to give you multiple tickets and shake you down for the maximize the amount of $ they can pick from your pockets. I’ve been pulled over 6 times for suspected DUI in the last year and a half I don’t even drink?
