DUI laws are way over the top, my brother did 45 days in jail for a DUI. with no early release possible. while real criminals (Assault, Murder, Robbery, Crimes against children) get early release all the time. Due to lack of space, and money. Raise the fines a lot, give community service hours for DUI’s

Drive anywhere in the dale day or night every hundred yards someone is being pulled over and ticketed. It is the easiest way to generate more revenue to replace misspent tax dollars.
