THE DIRTY ARMY: Mario Lavandeira does not own perezhilton.com We know that his sister Barbie has been writing for the website perezhilton.com since 2007, I have her sworn declaration telling me that she and 2 other employees have been writing the articles for years.
And now I have attached two decelerations proving that Mario Lavandeira does not own perezhilton.com and has not since 2007! We still don’t who owns the website but when I find out I will let you know.

So here’s the deal, Perez (fat d-bag) is an officer and shareholder of the corporation that is the general partner of the limited partnership that owns the website. He still constructively owns it. This structure is set up to prevent liability and taxes. Sounds like you know nothing about business structures or how to read between the lines of legal jargon.
