Mario Lavandeira Has Not Owned PerezHilton.com For Years

THE DIRTY ARMY: Mario Lavandeira does not own perezhilton.com We know that his sister Barbie has been writing for the website perezhilton.com since 2007, I have her sworn declaration telling me that she and 2 other employees have been writing the articles for years.
And now I have attached two decelerations proving that Mario Lavandeira does not own perezhilton.com and has not since 2007! We still don’t who owns the website but when I find out I will let you know.
This is old news… Perez is an idiot, he sold the site for a million dollars back in the day and his job now is to make public appearances and just be the “celebrity face”. The content is just recycled celebrity bullsh*t now. From what I heard his sister Barbie is no longer working for them.- nik

So here’s the deal, Perez (fat d-bag) is an officer and shareholder of the corporation that is the general partner of the limited partnership that owns the website. He still constructively owns it. This structure is set up to prevent liability and taxes. Sounds like you know nothing about business structures or how to read between the lines of legal jargon.
