THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik a few months back Hermosa Beach PD were reprimanded by the sergeant for taking pics with buff shim and the pic ending up on THEDIRTY.COM. Now check out another one of HBPD finest, these cops are bigger sexual predators then the local hermosa dudes that wait outside sharkeys at 2 am for stumbling drunk chicks.
