Contact a good lawyer natasha and sometimes things posted on this site are good grounds for a law suit. You will know if its good grounds for a lawsuit because the lawyer will take the case on for a percentage and not require you to put money down. If you have to put money down don’t do it.
At that point you can simply turn to this website and LAUGH at all the low-lifes that wish they could be posted on the site for being popular and making a name for themselves. And when I say you got on here because you made a name for yourself it simply means that because of your looks and personality and people getting turned down because they are ugly or rude you became popular. When you are popular or better yet KNOWN you get the GOOD with the BAD whether you deserve it or not.
I know all this because I was on this site and things that were said about me were unlawful. I contacted a lawyer with the sole purpose of getting the post removed. Fortunately I also contacted nik and he removed it before other actions were needed.
Try my advice and see where it takes you….
And what legal grounds do you plan on suing from? I work in legal and am in law school. All the attorneys I know would laugh in your face. “Oh my God, she called me a slut and put a picture on a website of me.” If you *really* knew anything about the legal world you would have never posted this. Any good attorney would tell you not to bother to sue because it is so expensive to litigate things, and this would have little to no legal remedy. She would be in the hole for thousands that she would pay to the attorney.
And I HIGHLY doubt Nik ever took down a post for you. I seriously hope he didn’t. He has attorneys and I’m sure they’re not stupid. He would know better than to take down a post because someone threatened to sue someone else.
You know what you are right I don’t know much about the legal world. If you were anywhere close to passing the bar you should at least be able to notice the technicalities in my statement. Two keywords in the first sentence are “sometimes” and “things”. Sometimes meaning not all and in fact most posts aren’t good grounds and things meaning certain things that are said in the post or even “sometimes” in the comments about the posts.
Do I know those “good grounds”? No I don’t I do know the one good ground that the lawyer that was going to take on my post for no money up front, who need I mention is a top lawyer in the cincinnati area and been a lawyer way before you even thought of taking the bar , simply wanted a percentage and told me I would owe him nothing even if we lost. Which I didnt care about cause I just wanted it removed which nik did because all he asks you to do is email him politely if you want something removed. I never threatened to sue him just simply contacted a lawyer.
Besides all this what exactly does it cost to ask a lawyer if a case is legit? From the last time I remember it was free.
So now that you know that you are wrong about everything why don’t you go back to pushing papers for your hole in the wall law firm if you even have a job yet.
