I just wanted to add my own opinion: I’m a sociology major in college. I watch your show merely for the fact that my gf loves all the real houswives’ shows. Tamra, I don’t believe that you are perfect in the situation. Just as any relationship, of course, you shared your own faults and contributions to the conflict. The difference is that Simon continues to attempt to be a controlling influence in your life. To be honest, as a viewer, this bothers me. My mother was involved in a similar relationship and it’s extremly difficult. I watched my mother attempt to extract her life from the controlling power that is my father. To be genuine, it was extremely difficult for her. Just like Tamra, she made her fair share of mistakes while learning to gain control of her life as her own independent woman. She wasn’t used to being on her own, creating a life for herself. I respect Tamra for walking away from a marriage that simply wasn’t working. This doesn’t make her a slut or a bad mother. She is just a woman doing the best she can in a situation life presented her with. Can we set aside the trailer park jokes? Can we do away with the insults to her character? I am a 19 year old young person, but I can not comprehend why ADULTS are behaving in such a manner. As a contributing member of society, I am saddened by the behavior of many of the people on the show. The day when we learn to set aside our petty biased ideas of how life should and learn to accept life as it is, is a day that humanity will cease to exist.

Tamara is a shallow deplorable base human! Other women on show while vain and insipid no where near as evil as Tamara.
