THE DIRTY ARMY: Okay nik, got some great dirt for ya about Alexis aka Sticky Fingers McGee … She and Tess recently came to atlanta to make an appearance at Primal. Well first of all they were acting very strange like creepy strange but i would too if i smoked black tar heorin. second of all..they hardly brought a crowd, primal is usually packed on a saturday night (everyone was scared of getting their sh*t stolen)..THIRD OF ALL, one girl that was hanging out in the same area as them couldnt find her wallet and noticed the erractic behavior of Alexis.. Security searched alexis bag in the back and found the stolen wallet. Alexis said she had no idea how it got in her purse. The club offered the bottle rat free drinks to not press charges so she took the free drinks. I would of called the cops!!! What do you think nik? Are you even shocked at this point!? im not…PATHETIC!
Looking at her history I really think Alexis must have a mental issue or serious drug problem if she is stealing stuff from randoms. Sad.- nik

A “letter of intent,” which is worthless by the way on its face is just the opening of a negotiation. If at this point it was serious, and Perez was open to offers, he would be leaking it to the press not the other way around to drive up value. Avid would probably be up bid to a price they are disinterested in. Either way, even the structure of this offer sounds poor. If Perez wanted to be bought he could easily approach a struggling magazine for a buy-out. A publicly traded entity could offer substantially more than what the site is worth on paper in stock options. Im sure you are saying the offer is “serious” NIK why wouldn’t it be? If I could get someone to sell me an asset for half of what its worth I would be calling it serious too. Especially if the party was dumb enough to take it. But if you are going to make an outrageous offer like this NIK put $2,000,000 flash cash into an escrow and send that with your offer. Then you buy yourself some legitimacy.

to meAtlanta police were called, alexis had the girls $200 and I.D. in her purse and said she didnt know how it got there. She didnt take the whole wallet, she took her id and $200 out of the employees purse. Alexis agreed to give the $ and id back and no charges were files.

Come to think about it, if there was any celebrity out there I’d like to see get robbed, it’d be ‘stars’ like Paris Hilton, LiLo and Orlando Bloom. What jokes they all are! Actually, I was there with them, and you have the whole story wrong. It wasnt someone who was near them or a customer, it was an employee. Also, Primal released a statement to TMZ the following day that neither Alexis or Tess were involved in any illegal activity. BTW-the employee was fired for dragging the clubs name into the situation.
