used to listen to the show all the time, used to like it, but Bobby, Amy and LB just keep getting more and more annoying every year, had to stop listening.

Even if he’s gay, why does it matter?! You’re sexuality doesn’t make you less of a person!! I have been a faithful listener of the BBS for like 8 years.. since the beginning. Him and the rest of the show entertain me in the morning, the worst part of the day for me and I’m thankful for that! If you have a problem with him or the rest of the members, why would you continue to listen and not just turn the radio dial? He has expanded his show into different cities for a reason, people like him! Continue doing what you’re doing Bobby! I think you’re great, and obviously, so does the rest of Austin if the BBS is #1 in ratings!

Ok I listen to this show in the mornings and it’s ok but come on let’s be realistics. Bobby all he talks is abt himself, he’s better than everybody, if there’s a game he makes the rules and he has to win. I listen to this show because of Amy and Carlos because they look like they are normal. Bobby come on bro, focus on the city on what people want to hear, not on what you want to say. Yeah it’s your show but I think that if you want to find a date, maybe you can do it on your own time. There’s nothing funny abt lb or Bobby, I laugh more abt Amy telling jokes lol.. But man for real don’t talk anymore abt you, your dog or your life cuz that’s sad and stupid.

The show’s primary demographic is teenage girls, fat chicks who don’t have a life, and middle-aged women who aren’t getting any d*ck at home. Bobby Bones does very well with the loser/clueless segment of the radio audience. He appeals to people who life has passed by because they are too ugly, stupid or clueless to participate. The female outcasts of society fuel Bobby Bone’s morning show. They listen because Bobby is “safe” and non-threatening and reminds them of their nerdy brother or son. Bobby’s effeminate affect also feels safe to awkward, clumsy women who don’t know how to fit into the world. Bobby exhibits all the indicia of being gay, but who knows, he might just be one of those weird, passive guys who ends up in a discipline collar at the end of a leash held by a dominatrix someday. Having said that, Bobby might have that Ryan Seacrest quality that allows him to build a milk-toast audience with that portion of society who has never come to grips with what it means to be an authentic person. Bobby is very much like an ugly Ryan Seacrest (who also started on radio) and has already taken a run at appearing on TV and reality TV. But, if Bobby ever wants to realize his dream of succeeding on a national stage, he needs to ditch the rest of his crew and find side-kicks who are more professional and who have some demonstrable talent and charisma. It appears that Bobby harbors some sort of guilt or secret obligation to the Deliverance-like banjo playing misfits he left behind in Arkansas, and is trying to soothe the guilt by rounding up the most ridiculous group of misfits he can find in Austin. Maybe since he never knew his father, he is trying to build a replacement family of hillbilly outcasts and play the father figure to them. It is easy to imagine Bobby’s sidekicks all wearing overalls and picking their teeth while sitting on a tattered couch on the front porch of Bobby’s un-airconditioned boyhood shack-home. Almost every day listeners have to hear about how he grew up in poverty in a predominately African American neighborhood, he had a stuttering problem, he never knew his dad, he was a dirty kid and his mother used drugs.
