Being in the medical field for over 20 years, I have seen terrible aftermaths of what happens to some of these girls & pseudo-girls who want to save a buck and travel to these countries that do not ENFORCE the same types of regulations that the legit clinics (most legit I guess) here in the USA have to follow.
Spend the extra money so you do not die from infection or embarrassment from a nasty refund gap.
