Does anyone have on record this cop saying he will arrest Nik? The first Amendment of the US constitution protects your freedom of speech. There aren’t any arrestable offenses transgressing here. If anything this would be a civil court matter and not a matter for a cop to arrest you. If someone has this on record that he made a threat like this then please report him report him immediately for abuse of power and corruption to the Illinois Attorney General. Take the threat to the media and make sure this officer isn’t on the force anymore. You cannot threaten to arrest people because you do not like what they say, that is illegal and abuse of power. I know it is annoying to be featured on thedirty and can irritate someone, but you cannot use your position of power as a public official to threaten someone, that is illegal and you can face jail time for that.
