For starters, I love this post. Not because everything is at all close to being true but, because some little gutter that spread her legs to Danny, most likely on multiple occasions posted this. This is of course before he kicked her worthless scally a** to the curb like all the others. For any person who sees his actions as flattering or well spirited, will you feel that way in the next five or ten years? Think about how you would feel if that young lady was your daughter? lOOK im sorry for people who care about their children. But danny is seriously the worst manager i have ever seen. I worked there for a month, I was told on the second month who the manager was , because he never introcuced himself to me. He was in the corner drinking protein shakes. My first day without training he did not show up because he drank to much. Thank god his great brother Kevin showed up. Later on when I was expecting an apology, Danny had a young girl tell me I was not what they were looking for. Mind you I had just told him I have a boyfriend. COINCIDENCE!??

The people that I feel sorry for here are Kevin and Kitty( little brother and mother) I worked for both of them, and enjoyed my time at the vine. I was there when Danny was down in AZ. I quit to go to a different bar where i was a bartender, instead of kitchen staff. Shortly after i quit, Danny returned, and the horror stories started, i had heard of them, about him harassing the girls that wont give him the time of day, and needless to say those stories started right back up as soon as he started working there again
In high school Danny was always known for being a jerk and a creep. It appears those feelings have carried on.
Well, let it never be said that Danny doesn’t evoke strong reactions from his peers. I worked with Danny for over 4 years at The Vine. I was there for his take-over, when he left for Arizona, and when he returned. In all of that time, I must say that The Vine functioned best when he was around. Was he the most professional boss? No. He, like many male supervisors I’ve worked with, had a tendency to use his power inappropriately at times. But he knew that business. I wasn’t good friends with him, and I never hooked up with him, but by simply not letting him push me around, we got along very well, and I left on my terms.
To the point that he is working for his mother, the reality is that The Vine is a family business, and Danny was smart to take a sure thing. I’m currently staring down $200,000 of law school loans, and ruing the day I ever stopped bartending in Iowa City.
Personally, he may need some work on the charm, but professionally, I always found him fun to work with, and good for business.

WOW! Poor kid! He may have never liked me and we had our differences and never saw eye to eye but he doesn’t deserve this shit.
