Continuing Legal Education above the hours normally required, employ a law practice monitor and pay
restitution to a former client in the amount of $141,000.00.
Mr. Shipwash violated disciplinary rules by failing to competently and diligently represent his client, by
failing to protect a client under a disability from abuse from her fiduciary, and by taking an unreasonable fee.
Mr. Shipwash’s actions violated Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 8, Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1
(Competence), 1.3 (Diligence), 1.5 (Fees), 1.8(Conflict of Interest: Prohibited Transactions), and 1.14 (Client
Under a Disability).
Mr. Shipwash was furthered ordered to pay the expenses and costs of the disciplinary proceedings
against him, pursuant to Rule 9, Section 4.7, of the Rules of the Supreme Court and fully comply in all respects
with the requirements and obligations of suspended attorneys as set forth in Rule 9, Section 18.1 of the Rules of

Christopher Lee Tuttle, Jay Sharpe and Eric McAnally from Antioch,TN and Nashville, TN are three of the biggest snitches to ever live in this city! Eric McAnally was getting fronted cocaine by his connect and when Eric drove the guy to meet that guys connect the Feds jumped out. Eric ended up trying to out run them when his connect put a gun on him and told him to try to get away. After he was caught he snitched on everybody involved, his connect and the Mexican guys that drove it to his connect. After Jay Sharpe snitched on everybody in Nashville he snitched on some guys in Memphis and Christopher Tuttle was one of those he snitched on. Chris did snitch on the Mexicans he was getting the marijuana from and…not sure who but some Mexican guy who was bringing cocaine to Nashville. The Feds set up on that Mexican then and got PayPay who snitched on the Mexican. I heard Eric and Lil Will got jammed up back several years ago when Gary Jackson was still around and that they both gave a lot of information on him that ended up getting Gary popped. These wannabe white boys sagging with fake gold teeth and talking black think they can date our black women and that makes them black. WHY DOES ANYBODY WITH ANY KIND OS SENSE DEAL WITH THESE LOSER ASS SNITCHES ANYMORE!!!! I’ll post links to their court cases in my next comment.
