Yeah they ruin bodies when you don’t take care of yourself before during and after pregnancy. If you’re fit and take precautions at all times you can have your old body back pretty easily. Well that is if you’re young enough.

YEP! Although not too hard to find Staci’s own pics on her twitpics account — she is as darling as ever and a doting mama. Love the toned down look she’s sporting these days, although I’m sure, like all of us, she goes all out for special occaisons.
