It was a good one. I had forgotten it was 4/1 altogether then I remembered and wondered. So I checked the source of the takedown image and it was a WordPress upload.

All you had to do was google the law he broke and see it was all torrent related issues with the government who had been shut down. No research what so ever showed that any photos not belonging to a certain person got them shut down , not to mention you could also see on the 77 pages who had been penalized from this actual law the logo had a different look to it, which would 100 percent show it was a joke that nik copy and pasted a less official version.
