THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik- this girl Lisa Danyielle Dame (from Wichita KS) was involved in a head on collison a few weeks ago where she KILLED the person she hit. She was attempting to pass “slow moving” traffic and crossed lanes killing a 52 year old woman. She is already back on the road in a brand new car. The news claimed she was “seriously injured” but all she has posted on her fb page are pictures of a few stitches and of the car that She totalled. Boo hoo you KILLED SOMEONE you dumb, careless, wreckless bimbo! She needs to go to prison for reckless endangerment and manslaughter and have her license revoked for a Very long time.

I agree. She wasn’t TRYING to kill someone. However, I think it’s unfair people get away with severly hurting, or killing others because of wreckless driving. If she would have been drinking, no doubt they would have pursued jail time for some sort of murder.

its true. last week a worker was hit by a minivan while working (he wasnt in the street) and the driver continued to drive for 2miles with the body on top of the car. the man was pronounced dead obviously, but the driver was arrested and bonded out that same day. i wouldnt be surprised if hes still driving around now.
he was a doctor…so of course he got bonded out! when you have money the law doesnt mean a thing most of the time. such crap!

For all of you, you need to realize this girl has to deal with this accident until she dies, if that’s in a few minutes, or 50 years. Before people go posting stuff like this KNOW the WHOLE story!! I know this girl and you haven’t seen the tears she has cried, or wishing she was the one died or had actually been hurt worse in the accident. You need to realize she has her own life to deal with that will NEVER be the same. Once you go through such an accident then talk but until then, shut your mouths!
Also, she was NOT texting, records have been checked. Another thing, the COURT system hasn’t notified her if anything, so go there if you have a problem. If you have to post this to a site such as this, what a person you are! Go say it to her face!

OK reading this I am furious! Do any of you know Lisa personally? If you did you would know that she has spent hours crying over this… not because of her, but because she knows she killed someone else and can’t figure out why it wasn’t her that died.
If you knew Lisa – you would know that she is still waiting to hear from the District attorney to know if she is going to be charged…she has no control over being charged or not. They have not let her know. They did take her phone… the pulled all of her phone records and found that it matches exactly what she told them! She made a 23 second call at 5:01, the wreck was at 5:14 and she called her mom 4 times from 5:15-5:17 and sent one text to her mom…after her mom responded telling her she was on the phone and thats why she didn’t answer. She made one more call to her mom and that was to tell her she was in the wreck and the officer took the phone and told her mom to get to the scene. After they looked thru everything on her phone and had it for a week..they gave it back.
Lisa did not report that she had a serious injury, the news automatically figured that since she was taken by ambulance she must have been in serious condition.
If any of you knew Lisa you would know that her first facebook post was after 10PM that night and it was to please say a prayer for the other family.
She posted pictures of her truck, yes, because people wanted to see it…she took them down because it made her sick to keep seeing them, knowing what happened. She posted a picture of her knee, again because people (as morbid as it is) wanted to see. She also took it down. She has to live with this FOREVER and she knows everytime she looks are the scar on her knee that she killed someone. A mom, grandma, aunt, sister, wife…she knows what she did and she feels horrible.
Now tell me? Is she supposed to live locked up in the dark forever because of this? She has to get back to some semblance of a regular life. She has a full time job… she could not rely on other people to m

Well, how does anyone know what her facebook has said? Can you give proof? I think not because posts after the accident involved telling other people to pray for the family who just lost someone. Posts after 2 WEEKS were quotes.
Secondly, all wrecks are different. Just because your phone ended up under your passenger seat doesn’t mean hers should have also. ALL records were checked including facebook. She has no control of where her phone landedso that a phone call could have been made so quickly.
If any of you actually cared about something other than ragging on people you might actually understand both sides. Until it is you in Lisa’s place you have NO idea what she has to go through for the rest of her life.

It was totaled so no she is NOT driving the SAME vehicle…but because she is a 20 year old with a full time job and responsibilities she did have to get another vehicle…not BRAND new like posted above…a 1998 – same year as the wrecked vehicle.

Who, that has previously posted, can HONESTLY say they do a rolling stop at stop signs sometimes? Or exceeds the speed limit by MORE than 5mph on a regular basis? Or tries beating the railroad crossing blocks before they are down? Or any other thing similar to these? If you said no, I call bullshit. If you have done these, that is considered wreckless driving, and cause just as serious of an accident as this one. Don’t talk Shit on something such as wreckless driving when more drivers than not are wreckless on a daily basis, even if nothing such as a ticket or accident have occured from it.
