So this girl named Stephanie Crabtree is suing me after I gladly removed her post. Stephanie Crabtree is from Missouri and she is a girl of God. In my opinion, Stephanie Crabtree is trying to hide the fact that she is trying to sue me from the public because she doesn’t want her church to know. Well, the judge denied her request to seal the case. If you know this Stephanie Crabtree girl please fill me in because now it is game on.

There is some impressive case law Whipple threw down to reject the request for a sealed case. All cases bloggers should pay attention to, or be familiar with. Or, just have good lawyers.
What people don’t realize is that lawyers will tell you you can sue for anything because the lawyer gets paid, win or loss. But what lawyers don’t say is that if you lose the case, you could be liable for the defendant’s attorney’s fees. People need to stop filing charges against the Dirty.com. You’re not going to win, and you might have to pay $30-40K for Nik’s expensive legal team to defend the case.
Instead of looking for a free buck, why don’t you change your life. I’ve never been posted on the dirty, and there’s a reason why
what ever “lawyer” doesn’t inform their client of the possible exposure to a fee’s award, is acting unethically.
Furthermore, most tort actions (which this is) are taken on a contingent fee basis, which means the lawyer DOES NOT get paid win or lose.

Ive know a few ppl posted on here, people I KNOW and i am not close with, so by my opinon, every single person posted has a reason to be on here, THen they try to comment on their own picture and say that stuff is not true, um…i know them and those things are true, people are just ashamed it got thrown up! The Bible clearly instructs us that it is not glorifying to God to go and sue someone just because you feel wronged by that person (not that you did anything wrong, Nik). Therefore, she is not a good Christian.
