Who is going to tell her that her face is busted?? She walks around MT like she is the sh*t and all she talks about is how she needs to go back to Arizona. Put her on blast there too she says she used to work at a bar called Axis. I’m sure someone would like to see her now. You can find Nicole at The lodge working for cash when she isnt tryin to be a reporter. Prob to pay off the +2′s she brags about. I can’t stand seeing this retarded ho on my TV. Female tv journalist are this biggest sloots of them all. However, the smart ones only date purple crayons cleats or high profile guys who can loose as much if they are both exposed.
Nicole is one of the fakest ppl I have met in Montana. I am embarrassed that she tries to represent the good people of Billings. Why does the news station here hire such terrible reporters??

You can’t stand to see her on your TV (or is is that your moo moo wearing a$$ is too large to get up and change the channel) , yet you’ll take the time to find her page, take pictures, and submit this post? Send her back to Arizona? We’d be glad to have her. Nicole is sweet, caring, and all around a great friend. I’ve seen the women in Billings & I’m sure all the guys are thankful to have a Scottsdale transplant +2′s and all! Nicole keep doing what you are doing bc you’ve obviously got people talking.

It’s unfortunate that people feel the need to be so negative. I would love to see any of you ‘haters’ complete the legwork and research to build a story or go on live location at the drop of the hat for an impromtu, late breaking story. Reporting, whether on scene or as an anchor, is a rigorous job and goes far deeper than the end result you see at your nightly newscast. I can assure you there is more to Ms. Grigg than a pretty face. I’ve watched all of her KULR 8 stories, and found her to do an impeccable job. Clearly professional organizations agree as she was recently received an award for her reporting abilities. Having interacted with her on both a personal and professional level in the past, I have never seen her treat any of her coworkers poorly. It seemed to me she fit in well at the KULR-8 family. As far as her ‘personal assets’ some of you have stooped so low to bring up, shame on you. How chauvanistic and sexist. Would you make the same comments about a new, young male reporter? I highly doubt it. How dare any of you judge or demean her past work or 2nd job when she’s not on the clock at the station. You should applaud her for not resting on her laurels and being a hard worker. Many young folks coming out of college work more than one job to support themselves and payback their student loans. What-do you think reporters at KULR-8 are pulling down 6 figures? Please! Everyone is entitled to their opinion, it’s just a shame when you feel the need to sink so low and be so demeaning. I mean really, who raised you people? Were you ever taught anything about manners and being polite? It doesn’t matter now, you don’t have to worry about watching such a talented, intelligent, young up and comer as Ms. Grigg in Montana any longer. Montana’s loss is Ohio’s gain!

I have the inside track and I saw how this little bitch treated her co workers. Nothing but disrespect and a condescending attitude. She couldn’t cut it as an anchor so she was pulled off. Probably because there is no emotion in her face. Just a robot screwing others to get ahead. All she wanted to do is live shots. live shot here, live shot there. She never reported unless she was told to go onto a story. Thats probably why she is a “multimedia journalist” now. No responsibility because she cant get things done. She had to get an extension on her sweeps stories on numerous occasions because she couldn’t get them completed in time. Too much time browsing facebook,,,
