Those boobs are 1000000000000% not real. Real boobs don’t have a gap so distinctive it’s visible from space. Even the best push-up bra (and I’m pretty sure she’s not wearing any bra) doesn’t separate the cleavage like that. Not to mention the fact that she’s half lying down and turning her torso towards the camera. If her boobs were real her left boob would be spilling onto the right one due to gravity. They’re saggy because she either has had big boobs to begin with and her implants are an incorrect size for her, or her implants are quite old and she needs new ones cause the skin has stretched far too much.
