Evil Has A Name: Cara
THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, this is the story of a girl who is dirty in a completely different sensethan many who are posted here. Her name is Cara and the way she has betrayed the ones closest to her is impossible to comprehend. For years, she has drawn the sympathy of strangers and real life friends by concocting a story that was revealed to be completely untrue about two weeks ago. Via her tumblr (alaska-says-sun) she convinced everyone that she was a transgendered youth, diagnosed with HIV after being brutally raped, addled with eating disorders and dying from inoperable cancer. She manipulated so many people by using medical equipment she bought online and posing as if she were hospitilized. Strangers (some who are actually dying of cancer) opened their hearts and wallets to her and it was all a well-played act. She was showered with gifts and money because nobody could believe someone could make up such a tragic story. There is much more to this story that you can read on her tumblr. Her victims/former friends have been too shocked and hurt to contact any media outlets, but I want the world to know how f*cked up she is and to NEVER believe a word she says.

“Nik” is almost as bad as Cara. While Cara is undoubtedly despicable, “Nik” gets a free pass. After blogging incessantly about herself and her plight and inviting people into her life and getting them to,care and actually worry about her, she disappears. She has (had) a tumbler blog that she is always “quitting” and then restarting when her dire need for attention takes over. Almost as bad. I regret ever spending one once of worry on her. Her latest post states that if “we have any humanity” we should stop checking on her. Asking about her. Whatever Witch. Just Go Away!!! You have no humanity either “Nik”. I wish I never wasted one minute of worry about you.
Actually I have heard of a few girls in canada in the last few years who were found to be faking cancer. Ashley Kerilow was charged last year for conning thousands of dollars. Her own parents didn’t eve know

I’m an ACTUAL young adult with cancer that Cara befriended and will confirm that this story is absolutely true. Her blog speaks for itself, check it out. She conned hundreds of people, myself included. I hope the media catches on & she is crucified!!
I was a close childhood friend of hers. The only lies are hers. She couldn’t even tell people the same stories. There were 30 some odd stories out there about her being raped, all lies. It’s evil to tell your friends to prepare for your death, knowing its all a lie. That’s the face of evil.
i wish i knew. i received an apologetic text from her a couple of weeks ago after this whole thing blew up and i couldn’t even respond. she can go to hell. sorry if that sounds harsh, but she needs the serious mental help that she clearly never got (after claiming to).
