THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, although I sometimes disagree with your opinions, I have to thank you right now for upholding the First Amendment when it’s under attack. I mean, look at the news; internet censorship, Occupy Wall Street protests being repressed; how can the government violate the constitution and get away with it? I literally don’t understand how anyone could think any of this is okay. I don’t care about whether someone agrees with OWS or not; they have the right to protest. I’m not usually all PRO-AMERICA, THIS IS THE LAND OF FREEDOM but America prides itself in being free and then goes and pulls this?
Well, if I lose my court case on Dec. 9th, First Amendment is dead. Be ready for Facebook, Youtube and pretty much any website that lets third party voices to participate to be shut down if I lose.- nik

No one says they can’t protest, but they don’t have the right to OCCUPY anything. What if someone didn’t like the developer who developed area where you live? Would you be OK with them pitching a tent in your living room and crapping in your yard to protest the developer? If you actually go to the OWS protests (which I have) you will see that a VAST majority of the protestors are transients who hang out because the police aren’t giving them any grief. If you really want to protest (which people do ALL THE TIME) do it like everyone else. Get a permit, psy for the extra security and di o it legally.

They OWS protesters do not have a right to shack up in a park for weeks and weeks. They don’t have a right to sexually abuse women and they don’t have a right to sit and shoot their dope there. Some protesters are legit, but others are simply squating there because it’s a place to get their next fix and they don’t give a crap about what the legit protesters are even protesting. The police and govt are not saying anything about the protests that are done in the right way, the problem is they are living in a public park similar to someone who is homeless. There are pictures of syringes and accounts of women being sexually abused I.E. RAPE. Get the facts straight. Nothing I mentioned has anything to do with the first amendment. It’s the wacky liberals wanting a hand out a free place to stay,sleep,eat and pee. A majority of the mess we are in is entitlements like this loony liberals are entitled to live in a public park and do illegal activities. C’mon man, think before you post. BTW congrats Nik on the baby and good luck in court!

The 1% having billions is by no means close to being communist. Demanding they give more of their wealth (private property) to others without their consent, that is more in line with the meaning of communist. It does not matter how much wealth they have, its not yours, you have no right to it. Its the politicians/government that is controling things. They make the laws to favor their buddies. It’s great that you claim to advocate our First Amendment rights, but I don’t understand how being a portal for libel and defamation actually demonstrates this… As a moderator of this web site, you review and post information and photos about people that are not always 100% factual. Therefore, you are a participant, and ultimately the cause of this information being broadcast to the public. So many people have spoken out against you-some for publicity and others because they feel compassion for the people you have mentally scarred for life. (I know…I know…other people submit…but YOU publish.) You ARE going to lose your case, but it has nothing to do with freedom of speech. It has to do with you actually being an advocate of bullying. There should be no freedom for people that hurt others or, like you, watch and do nothing as someone is being hurt. Hope you post this. It’s my opinion and my right to be heard.
