That’s hysterical. Looks like he’s just got passenger plates on it… someone please tell him it’s illegal to run a taxi service out of a private car, before he gets in an accident and realizes his passengers’ injuries aren’t covered by his insurance. Also that his hair breaks several state and local ordinances. I think there may be a family of spotted owls nesting in it.
